This lightbulb is still burning brightly after 100 years in service. Created in 1912, this 230-volt 55-watt DC Osram lightbulb illuminates the entrance of a British house in Pakefield and belongs to a man named Roger Dyball.

To compare, modern lightbulbs serve on average only 1000 hours. That is nowhere near 100 years.
