My office colleagues are big football fans. With UEFA EURO 2012 only days ahead, they have put together a contest for everyone in the office to take part in. People can make their predictions about the winning team in the competition and individual match results. Everyone chipped in with 5 pounds to make a pot. The person who guesses closest to the actual result will win the pot. Below are my predictions.
I will follow closely to see if they come true. Although I am not a full-time football follower, I watch world championships when they happen and know a few things about national teams. So, I have placed my bets according to my long-term amateur observations. Yet, I hope to win and will follow euro 2012 livescore. My ultimate prediction is that Italy will beat Spain 2:1 in the final. It's worth to note that my semi finals will also have Germany and Portugal.
In case you want to track livescore as well, here's a website that lets you track many football leagues around the world. Livescore.com.mt is continuously updated and features the most popular leagues such as the English Premier League and the Spanish La Liga, but also less popular leagues, such as the Maltese Premier League – which is generally very difficult to find anywhere – and others.
