This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Contest Factory. All opinions are 100% mine.

Contest Factory, a company specialising in organisation of online contests and creating contest software platforms, are running an interesting contest today. It’s called Pimp My Cube Contest. They are looking for the most pathetic and miserable cubicle or office space in America to “pimp it up”. Everyone is invited to upload their video recordings of their messy cubicles or office spaces that may have bad furniture and decor, retarded technology and otherwise poor working environment.

You get sweepstakes entry points for registering, voting, commenting and inviting others to register for the contest. You can also upload and vote for your own video. You may also want to invite your family and friends to support your video entry, because the more vets you get, the higher the chance to have your office “pimped up”. The worst, most horrible best voted office cubicle will get a full makeover. The winner will be selected by Contest Factory judges based on various criteria including the highest number of votes, the best (worst) video and the most compelling story.

If your office space is not the worst you may also receive a prize – a $200 gift card, if you are chosen by randomly by a computer. Hurry up, the contest period is from 12/5/11 at 12:00PM to 1/31/11 at 12:00PM.

I don’t have a camera at hand, but you will get an idea of how my office space looks like through this picture. It is 1.5 meters below the ceiling, so I feel dwarfed inside and it is really hot in there. Needless to say it is tiny. How horrible is that?

I know of someone in the US who won this competition and they now have a mini palace. If you know of anyone (or you) have one of the most bizarre offices or cubicles in the USA the chances are that you could win a makeover and get a new one. Enter the pimp my cube competition. The is money to win, at random, for voters as well
