I wonder if O2 think their customers have somewhat low technical competence? I find it difficult to explain why would they send this message, otherwise:
…with O2, Wi-Fi does not count towards your data allowance.
I thought it was rather widely known that wi-fi generally doesn’t count towards mobile data allowance, no matter what service provider. Why take a credit for that?
