In this 19-minute video, a Russian guy touches breasts of 1,000 different girls. Altogether, he approached 6000-8000 girls on the streets of Moscow, of which 1,000 allowed to be touched. The purpose of the project was to give a handshake to Vladimir Putin having touched 1,000 girls to pass along people’s support to the Prime Minister.
Unfortunately, I could not find any information about what made these girls so approachable.
On a separate note, I can’t recall pausing any other video so many times. Read the interview with the main character who is a popular comedy show producer.

I don’t think it mattered who the guy was but rather what he said he was doing it for (I mean touching).
I download videos like this with downloadhelper and play them in VLC so I can slow motion it and pause better.
