Amazing. These could be framed under glass as gifts for birthdays, marriages, anniversaries and what not. Lorenzo, you should make a business out of it. Let people choose what they want and make custom carvings for them.
At first, I could not believe my eyes.
The cuts and edges looked so accurate that I was sceptical they were made on real leaves. Well, they are. Spanish artist Lorenzo Duran cuts them using an ancient Chinese paper cutting technique. Before he cuts the leaves, he dryes and molds them so that they preserve their shapes for good.
